Something Is A Little Off

According to my newly purchased {hours ago} oven thermometer, my preheat gauge went off, indicating my oven has reached 350 degrees F, and it was 100 degrees off.

Yup. Thermometer reads 250 and it's supposedly 350. Explains so much!

No kidding! That would make a huge difference in how well things are cooked. Good thing you got the thermometer.
