Make it stop

I'm halfway through my third week on my period. You read that right. Shoot me now. It's not really that big of a deal, I'm just tired of having to figure out what my body is doing.

I've heard that raspberry leaf tea and mistletoe leaf tea are great herbal remedies for cycles.

{Raspberry Leaf Tea to start}

{Mistletoe Leaf to stop}

Anyone have any experience in this area?...I'll let you know how it goes. Or stops.

Are you sure it's not raspberry LEAF tea? That's supposed to strengthen your uterus and supposedly should help induce labor. (Didn't work for me.)

You're right. I meant that. It's leaf tea in both instances, raspberry and mistletoe

Wow, do I FEEL for you! I just last week stopped bleeding after 6 weeks. Yep! The sucky thing is that it wasn't the first time I've bled for 6 weeks straight. I've heard limes are supposed to help stop the bleeding, though that's never worked for me. Good luck!

Raspberry leaf is also a good cycle regulator. So is Chasteberry tea (also called Vitex). You can get both in pill form, which I found easier to deal with on a daily basis than drinking a thousand cups of tea. I found them the cheapest at www.swansonvitamins.com.

Bless your heart, and good luck with that.

Dude, I am not sure what is worse - your problem or mine. I can't seem to START bleeding. I haven't had my period in a looong time. I think I had it once when we lived together and then I went on the pill for a bit to try to regulate my hormones but once the pill ended I stopped having it. But I bet yours is worse. It turns out I work in the reproductive sciences department ... I will ask around if anyone knows of anything. :)

Chels...that's horrible! I've tried Raspberry extract I got from my chiropractor and put several drops in a little bit of water. It did not do anything for me. sorry. that doesn't really help. It must work for some women, or they wouldn't say it works.
