totally. this lil mini one (actually designed for kids to help in the kitchen) will withstand temps up to 410 degrees. I went to a w-s outlet mall and picked up a handful of spatulas for $2 each, once. Ryan says he's never known a person to have as many as I do (close to a dozen - almost all are diff in some way or other) and that I'm not allowed to get any more. ;)

Don't you love W-S spatulas? I love that I can use them to make scrambled eggs and it doesn't melt to the pan!
