For those reading through a feed service, I redid my blog background and header today. I love both elements but I'm not sure if they mesh well. Thoughts? Is the header too...retro feeling with the font?

I'm with Hil...I love the header. I do like the polkadot background better than the first option. Did you design the header yourself, crafty girl?
